PDFelement 6.2 was launched early July. New version means new features! But what exactly is different about the latest update? Tune in to our New on 6.2 series to learn about some of our new tools.

3To offer additional flexibility for your file editing needs, PDFelement 6.2 offers the ability to edit page labels. This is a brand new feature that has been requested by our customers

Page labels are now fully editable and no longer restricted to numerical values. You can customize page labels to adhere to strict compliance standards or include text that is helpful for organizing files. For example, you can assign words such as “Introduction”, “Table ii”, or “Bibliography” for easy access when viewing the document in the thumbnail sidebar.

Step 1. – Click the Page Labels icon under the Pages tab.

Step 2. – Choose the appropriate page range. Now change the label style from the drop down menu and add a prefix.

Step 3. – Apply the changes to your document and view your newly labeled document.

Our new page labelling feature is extremely versatile, and anyone who is looking to reduce time and costs associated with digital file organization and creation should try this new feature.
